All animals must be up to date on all vaccinations (a Rabies vaccine, Distemper vaccine, and Bordetella). You must be able to show proof of vaccinations in the form of certificates or official medical records. Tags and pamphlets do not count. Proof must be shown before booking.

If your animal is not up to date on vaccines, feel free to search our wellness calendar for an appointment that matches your schedule to get them up to date! You can find this link on our website’s main page. All wellness appointments are scheduled at the Claremont facility only.

Our groomer has the right to decline any service during the appointment in the case of behavioral or medical issues.

6. Can I stay with my pet during the grooming session?  

We recommend allowing your pet to relax in our care, as some pets may feel anxious with their owners present. However, we welcome your visit during drop-off and pick-up.

7. What if my pet has special needs or behavioral issues? 

Please inform us of any special requirements or behavioral concerns when scheduling your appointment so we can provide the best care for your pets and guarantee the safety of our staff.

8. Do you offer grooming for all dog breeds? 

Yes, we cater to a wide range of breeds and sizes. Our groomers are trained to handle various coat types and grooming needs.

9. What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid losing your deposit. 

10. How often should I have my pet groomed?   

The frequency of grooming depends on your pet’s breed, coat type, and lifestyle. Generally, every 4-8 weeks is recommended for most dogs.

11. Do you groom cats?

Yes, we offer cat grooming services on a case-by-case basis. Our team is experienced in handling various feline grooming needs, so please reach out to discuss your cat’s specific requirements and to determine if we can accommodate them.
